Prof. Dr. Vehbi Çağrı Güngör, Head of the Computer Engineering Department at Abdullah Gül University (AGÜ), has been awarded the 'Research Incentive Award' as part of the 2019 ODTÜ Prof. Dr. Mustafa Parlar Foundation Awards.
The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, December 19, 2019, at 17:00 at the ÜODTÜ Culture and Congress Center A Hall.
The Research Incentive Award is given to young researchers who contribute to the development of a scientific field through their research or help solve national issues within that field.
The ODTÜ Prof. Dr. Mustafa Parlar Foundation annually grants special awards to exceptional scientists and practitioners, evaluating their research, practical work, and services across all scientific fields. The aim is to document their competencies, enhance their work, and encourage emerging generations.
The foundation also awards honors, science, service, research incentive, and technology incentive awards, among others, to celebrate outstanding scientists and practitioners.
